Reintroduction: The Pre-Soft Releasing of Mouse deer started on 12.09.17. Till now, 16 mouse deer batches monitored and released into the wild habitat. Summer months avoided.
Ideal ratio of male: female- 2:6.
The animal’s night time activity is monitored daily with 8 Nos of CC Cameras and 24 Nos trap cameras inside and outside the enclosure

Initially four phases, but presently done in three phases –
Phase I - less area and artificial feed given/ (9) days
Phase II - Artificial feed reduced / (9) days
Phase III - No artificial feed/ (9) days.
